Maxed Labs Ltd runs Plenence and is the data controller. Contact: the "Report a problem or send feedback" button at the foot of every page, which reaches the team directly (leave your email address in it if you want a reply).

What we hold and why

• Account: your email address, to sign you in (lawful basis: contract).
• Your financial information: documents you upload, figures extracted from them or entered by you, goals and plan settings, to produce your plan (contract). Financial information is not special category data, but we treat it with the same care.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card details (contract).
• Errors and feedback: error reports and anything you send through the feedback form go to Sentry (legitimate interest in a working service). We do not send your documents to Sentry.
• Questions you ask: stored with the answer so you can see your history and we can enforce the monthly allowance (contract).

Where it is processed

Your plan, documents and account live in Helm7's Postgres in the EU (Falkenstein, Germany). Documents are encrypted before storage. To read a document or word an answer we send the relevant content to OpenRouter, routed only to model providers that do not train on or retain it. Payments: Stripe. Email: OpenHelm Mail. These processors act on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it or your account. Deleting a document removes the file and any figures from it you have not confirmed. Deleting your account (Account → Delete) permanently removes your profile, documents, figures, decisions, questions and alerts immediately. Stripe keeps billing records it is legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). You can download everything we hold about you yourself (Account → Download my data) and delete it yourself (Account → Delete). For anything else, use the "Report a problem or send feedback" button at the foot of every page.
